Was it a laces-caught-in-drivetrain issue? I feel like with track cyclists, that would be a very very dangerous thing to have happen. But yeah, the throwback look, when done up right with a bike/kit to match, is mad proper.

I like velcro and ratchets for sports shoes. Like on biking shoes, snow board boots and such. Cause I always lace them up so tight that it is a pain in the ass. :)

whatever i get free or extremely cheap that fits my clips well and doesn't hurt my feet. right now a pair of puma soccer shoes i dumpstered brand spankin' new a year ago in ohio. tough fuckers, they're still going at it.
