no. i saw him coming towards me, so i moved. and then looked at his bike as he passed. then realized for that quick moment.. Hey, Thank aint yours! thats stolen! and he rode off east on broadway.

As it was free locked outside the Yamhill bar they could have just jumped on the Max. He is leaving the state then the country, and need's the bike soon.
