    cats.

    i may need some help. my bottom bracket (me and jerome) think is fucked. making mad noises and creaking and shit.

    i know abe has the tools. any recomendations on ones i should get for my pista\

    Is it creaking super bad?
    If its not too bad, you could just need to take it out, grease it up and reinstall.
    If it is broken, you could probably pick up something fairly cheap and sealed and itll work fine. What cranks do you have?

    take it out regrease it. reinstall (tight) then get those crank arms on super tight. if it still creaks its fucked

    I can usually silence any creaking in the BB/crank area by simply tightening the chainring bolts, but ymmv.

    real talk:
    most creaking while trackstanding in BB = loose cups
    most creaking + brokey feel in pedaling = BB axle/spindle whatever
