Can provide cash for "upgrade" if your set is significantly better.
Thing to keep in mind: Not for a racer or tourer, these wheels are for someone who rides short distances a few times a week and needs something that doesn't have to be glued every time she runs over glass.

TRADE? I has some used 700x25 gatorskinz ( a set ) about 200 miles on 'em no skidding. I'll trade both for 1 similar condition 700x23 gatorskin, 4 season, GP, or like.

I've been dredging the depths of this intranerd for two moths now for a good messenger style backpack for school, and damnit those things are freaking spendy! I'm not complaining, I understand that I get what I pay for. But I'm a broke ass college student, soon to be a dad, and I don't have an extra $150-$350 lying around for a good bag. I'm currently using a DaKine messenger bag, that works okay. I really need the organization space and ease of access of a messenger style, but I want two straps for extra security and ease of carry. I ride my fixed cx bike everywhere I go, and that often means sketchy singletrack, grass, curb hopping, traffic weaving, and stairs. I can't have my bag swinging around on me trying to pull me off or hang up on s**t as I roll by. I use the cross-strap on my DaKine to secure the bag, which reduces swing, but it doesn't totally secure it.

Anybody have or know someone who might have a messenger pack for sale?
I do need waterproof, I do need durable, I do need organization.
I don't need Chrome, necessarily, although for the right price, I'd take Chrome quality.

i kinda want to trade my ellipses, but only if the right thing comes along. i want to rock a rad, "classier" wheelset, kinda like the campy record to old school mavic rims i used to have, but not tubular. open pros would probably fly with me, or like mavic MA3 or the like. hopefully 3x rear radial front but 3x/3x is cool too. silver or hard ano/gray like the open pro CD. hubs im not super particular on but something rad i guess.

i like the ellipses a lot, i guess they just arent really my thing. obviously i dont have anything in particular in mind but id like to look at whatever people have. the ellipses are in good condition. stickers removed. i have been running a front brake but there isnt too much wear, still a good amount of ano left and you cant tell unless you're pretty darn close.
