Pretty awesome looking. Bars are questionable.

    fuji anatomic track drops.

you'll understand when your older ;P

Really unflattering angle... it looked better in person when I scoped it out just now. Put the laptop on a table then take the pic and it'll look better, bikes always look better as you're looking down at them.

But yeah it's sick. Can't wait to see what Amy decides to do for a paint/anodizing job. Broker Enterprises on 38th/Powell does really nice sparkle jobs for colors, they did my pearl white Aeroheads for me and my buddy's black/silver sparkle Pista that came out super nice.

    Ditch that bandanna though foo!!

no way, the way amy treats her bike, the bandanna is staying right there till she drops a twomp on a kashimax or i go an get some clear plastic tubing.

Fo sho. Ace Hardware special, it'll cost you like $2 strip that is as long as that bandanna... just make sure you round off the edges cuz they cut kind of sharp... but yo a piece of folded up cotton ain't gonna protect against dents.

I have never dented a top tube. Nor even scraped one up. Especially not with my bars. Doug's just being a dick. I told him if he wanted he could take the bar tape off my TT and put it on there, but he insisted he had a "better" idea that offered "more" protection.

I beg to differ that a bandana offers more protection than cork tape. But the only reason I had cork tape on the TT was because the crappy powder coating scrapes up super easy since it's white.

Either way... I have regretted my color choice on the TT ever since we put it together. Getting the GTB painted will be a lot easier since it's already bare and it's a tad lighter weight wise. Plus I don't mind that it's aluminum. I don't weigh much and don't need the flex.

Since the TT is mine (also technically so is the GT since doug bought it with my money), then I think can officially say it may be for sale.. We may build it up as a full bike though, but will accept cash offers. Cant really afford to do a trade; we're in a bit of jam right now cash wise. (aka paid our rent so wez brokez)

I have taken the bandanna off

and replaced it with heap of animosity.

that fucking bandanna started the Fight of the Week and it's only Tuesday. wow by friday I oughta be hospitalized as Amy is a str8 up bruiser..

also adding that as a punishment for calling amy out on the way she locks up I have to rock a bandanna TT protector....for evvar!!!

I hope you got it that I'm just joking with you.

some have made mention of the bars being tilted wrong but if they were rotated any different the fuji logos would be on the top of the bar and in all my 30 years I have never seen handlebars with logos meant to face anyways but forwards.

  5.

wow what a crappy pic. it looks like there is 6 inches of toe clearance, please lemme state for the record that bike has 1" of tire clearance at most...

I think the big question on everyone's mind is what color is it getting painted?

BTW what kinda fork is that? Reminds me of the CF Leader ones.

That's the fork she had the Kilo TT, but I can't remember what it is...also reminds me of the Leader ones.

This time I tried.. like twenty times. And every time I flip it horizontally and save it.. or save as.. again and again.. or try iPhoto and all kinds of other crap.. as soon as I save it, it reverts back to being backwards again. WTF?

    So here's a backwards pic

That thing is nasty. Yuck. Total spare parts bin.

Cause ya know, if the parts dont match the bike doesnt work. Thats why Lance won, his groupset matched his paint scheme better than anyone else's.

Hey i could give afuck less what Lance used. I just think the bike could be better. Specially since its a GT frame. It just looks so funky, like it was from WalMart.

Sorry if im a perfectionist. I never rush to build a bike up untill i got all the right parts.

    stumptown:

Yo Paul.. not everyone has lots of money for cool matching bike parts like me and you. Doug is a cool guy and is building what he can for his and Amy's limited budget.

But seriously, the picture makes it look worse than it is.

True i forgot how Portland was, my bad SF scene is all different.

Down here there are no Recyclery and Bike Co-Ops. I cant go diggin to build another conversion for a friend. There are only "Veloce"s and whatever the fuck Molly's shop is called (im stoned) to go get parts from. So it just creates a market where everyone is driven by brand new shiny parts.

I wish i could i throw together my frames as quickly as i did when i lived in Portland, but alas i cant hit up Stumptown for parts.

Your bike is hot. Let me know if you need anything from SF ill help you out.

I know god and you know I was thinking of just tossing my campy rims and campy cranks into the free box, but I thought you know i'd throw them on this shitty frame along with a shitty aheadset and shitty easton fork and ugly alter stem some other shitty mcshit and put this ugly bike together and ride it around!

  10.

Ideally I wanted to build this bike back all stock style cuz i think there cool that way. but, number 1 it'd be cheaper to find one untouched/survivor status thats my size and number 3 Amy claimed it before i could trade it for teh errospokz ..and I'm just shit outta luck. I was gonna use that shit to make my half the rent but now I'll just have to get my ass out to 82nd and Sandy on the max and slap my hoes around for not buying me enough flat hats and custom frames...
