I want to like Red Fang. Their tunes are catchy, and fun. Buuuut... I'm a huge, HUGE Sleep fan. The Sword is like Sleep-Lite. Red Fang is Sword-Lite. I try to throw away the notion that its just a watered-down version of something I think is amazing. I know, I'm thinking about it too much.
I have yet to see them live. I heard they put on one hell of a show.

That's like saying that you really want to like l
beyonce but you're too big of a Donna summer fan. Donna summer(sleep) is great but they don't tour or release new albums. Sleep basically only exists on recordings and there is no New material coming out. We can debate this later.

And sleep is sabbath like.

I don't think it goes sword-red fang, there's a step missing.
