    Ive head of zip tying corrugated plastic.
    It should be noted this was for protection for polo and not for aerodynamics for racing.
    You could steal some political yard signs for this.

    A lighter alternative is to go to tap plastics on Sandy and buy some thin sheets of plastic and do the same. Would be lighter and less bulky. Plus it comes in some sweet translucent colors.

    WheelBuilder uses ABS plastic sheets. I've heard of people using corrugated plastic, like grimm mentioned.

    Too bad I don't ride a 650c bike, because there are tons of 650c discs on eBay.

    NW sign supply at 6th and salmon usually have 2nds of that corrugated plastic in lots of colors.

    Just ask if they have any you can have, its usually free. They sell vinyl there also.

    sometimes its hard for me not to say shut the fuck up. this thread topic is one of them times. I didn;t cuz i realize a) jeezy is 15 and still has the imagination that we "adults" have discarded in favor of being jaded asses b) he prolly means wheel discs not disc wheels. i have seen wheels discs before, but as an "adult" (read: jaded ass) I lump them into the same category as blinky led pedals, streamers and yes wire baskets (get a bag you scummy fuckers)

    Wheel discs are tight. Has anyone seen the bikes around town that have discs with the giant "E"? At least I think they were E's... what's the story behind them?

    On the contrary, Mr. Freebird sir. I hang with the people on this board. I've helped fix a number of bikes, belonging to members of this board. I participate in forum discussions, be them on or off topic. I go for bike rides with the members of the board. i go get burritos with people from the board. I sir, am an active, contributing member of the community. There is no big fucking secret about who I am. People are free to see what I look like, and what bike I ride. I don't put people down who have done no mis-deed.
