You could always consider donating it. I know b.i.k.e. (www.kidsofbike.org) would appreciate it.

  1.

I think I'm gonna hold on to it and have ot be the official PDXfixed.com loaner bike. That way out of towners can ride possible the dopest conversion fixed gear ever.

Anyone who donated parts to this (Gilly? Jeezy? ) and want either their parts back or to be compensated money wise or wheelbuilding/truing/teaching wise, please whisper me, I really want to keep this bike in one peice, as it really came together nice.

I've taken pics and am gonna load them as soon as I can.

I've considered donating it or selling it and donating the money but that would negate the most expensive part of this build, my time. I want to have control over who gets this bike, that way the person who rides it is:

    1) stoked on how rad it is

    2) thankful of the people who donated parts/time/money

    3) fits the bike size wise properly

I think this makes sense as theres always an out of towner or new guy who needs a bike to ride while they visit, or until they can build their own, or heck if someone wrecks their bike, they can ride this one until a suitable replacement can be found.

lets dialog on this..that is if anyone even cares.. Gilly, Jeezy, as the bigger donors (frame and everything else, respectively) if you don't mind me using the bike in this manner, I'm happy. So really its you two dudes I'd like to hear from

^^Fine by me. Post a pic!

  2.

sell it on CL and donate the money to a charity

  3.

I thought of that as well, but the $3-400 bucks I'd get wouldn't represent the time and love put into the bike. I have sold bikes before on CL and with the exception of the bike I sold you, and you yourself, I wasn't happy about who ended up with the other bikes I labored over...

Also I think the result I wanted was one more fixed gear rider and one less heroin junkie.

so, I'm gonna keep the bike and have it be the offical 58cm PDX-FIXED loaner bike.

    pics up soon

cool, hold on to it, and when someone needs the bike, loan it to them to lock the bike.

    if that works for you...sweetness.
