    Hey now everybody,

    This is my first post. Glad to be able to join your online community. Just wondering if anyone is planning to participate in the "Reach the Beach" ride next weekend, May 17th? If riding a track bike or fixie, what kind of gear inches will you be running? I've never done a century on a track bike before, but I'm looking forward to taking it to the limit. Will probably go with apx 68 gear inches, which seemed to work pretty well for my 80 mile training ride last weekend. Anyone have any suggestions or words of wisdom?

    This thread makes me want to ride it fixed.
    But I need to use my road bike for something, and this sounds likes its calling.
