    so, what have you been working on, trick/technique-wise, and how's it going?

    for instance, i went out yesterday to try to teach myself to trackstand on my non-dominant side, and ended up learning that as well as learning the no-hand trackstand, too.

    super cool.

    skids to gradual 180s, working towards the whip 180s.

    next is trackstanding non-dominant side so i can skid into a trackstand

    i think skids and trackstands are about as far as i'll go trickwise.

    while all that other stuff looks really cool, think they still look cooler on bmx bikes. something about the size and physics of throwing it around just loses something with tarck-style tricks.

    but what do i know. i used to be a fruit-booter...

    yeah exactly. skids and trackstands are great. bmx tricks are good on bmx bikes.

    okay, next time it's a bit wet out, we'll go over to that area of the west side esplanade right before crossing the water, where it's all brick, and it dips, and we'll have the clinic there. unless anyone has a better slick area to practice without destroying a tire in an afternoon...

    there's a park on 20th and something in close NW near a school i think, bricks that get slick in the rain. but i think your place is better

    actually i am working on one handed wheelies, but i can only stay in them for about 5 feet..... weak...

    so far I can do:

    skid
    opposite foot skid
    dominant one foot skid
    dominant foot over bar
    dominant foot over bar and wheel
    180 skid
    180 leg over bar skid
    track stand
    one hand track stand
    no hand track stand
    no hand track stand to pop up
    no hand track stand to pop up and bar spin
    pop up
    sorta short pogo
    backwards circles
    ride no handed to pop up wheelie, but i can't go that long
