    depending on the officer, they'll expunge it if you just bring a brake with you into the courtroom, or even a picture of a bike with a brake.

    If it was balzer or barnum, you need to have the brake on the bike - locked up outside the court room so they can verify it is a "functioning" brake.

    I have had to jump thru that hoop before.

    Wow, ain't that shitty. Because of course you can't actually take the bike inside. I had Fort the first time, and he let me off, and then I had some other guy the second time but the judge wasn't so cool then.

    and it was balzer, he sweet talked him and batted my eyes at him so he specifically told me i could bring in a picture because i lied and said i generally dont ride my bike to work and that i was just picking it up from the shop. So he better keep his fucking word.....

    MIN, I got that one IRD rim. 32 holes machined black 460g 30mm V profile, you can't lose!!

    That weight is not just manufacture hype btw, I weighed it out personally on a shop hanger scale.
