fairly desperately seeking a decent road frame (no major dings or rust) for a fixed conversion. i'm 5'8" so looking somewhere from 53 to 56cm. affordability is a major plus, i have next to no monies right now but the BB shell on my current frame is all jacked up. ideally would accommodate a 1" fork. really can't afford more than $75 also have some cool things like a skateboard and sweet roller blades for partial trade if interested. and a couple older boomboxes as well.

looking for an Allez or something similar. Just want to stay in that price range of 1000. Doesn't have to be an allez but thats my range. im 5'6 so a 54 or 53 would be killer. whisper me if you are trying get rid of somthing like that.

I think 52 would be just a bit too uncomfortable. I am right on the edge of 53cm to 55cm. thanks for the help though. I appreciate it.

Im not long legged but I always feel scrunched on 52. I feel more comfortable on a 53-54. I didnt mean to write 55 before.

Well like any frame can be too big or too small depending on who it riding it…
Because not everyone is built the same, and you need a top tube that fits your torso and arm length. A stem is only meant to fine tune your fit.Personally my ideal geometry would be somewhere around 59 seat tube and 57 top tube, cause I have longer legs it seems.

I have a salsa casserole 1 1/8 steel fork, I forget how much steerer tube is left but theres plenty. Get at me if you want it.

Looking for a front white deep v for my girlfriend's ride, preferably laced with black spokes and black hubs but anything works. She's fussy about the front and back not matching, but it's OK for girls to be tarck I feel.
