Not lookin' to spend more than $100 for the bike, depending obviously on the quality and all that.

*edit: ALSO, OR, INSTEAD OF a full bike, I would be down with some crappy frame/fork that's laying around, as I have spare wheels and cranks and shit I can throw together to get it rollin'.
