stumptown:veganaaron:Older front aerospoke. tubular. Has bearings, needs axle. 200 bones (obo). 208 520 4622. I'll be available all day.
Older Aerospokes are better than newer ones is the rumor. Lighter and shit.
What I heard on the grapevine was that new ones have a different mold, which is inferior to the previous (older) wheels.
The skyrocketing in demand may have had an effect on the quality.
It definitely did. They have to be handmade, according to the company.
you got two of those cdales huh matt?
ohh yeah. i have the matching seven hundo for the front as well.
there both red phils laced to deep v's with dt swiss by deanster at b.central. holler.
the paint underneath the rim is lime green, but painted over with rusto flat black.
if you want to take the time to be flashy just throw in some paint thinner.
yeah. ive had two.
I want that frame homie.

It is a bit lighter, seems super tough,
I just don't want a tubular, and I don't know anything abou the axle biz.
plus, I would rather just have a hand built.
this is still for sale, 208 520 4622. leave me a message.
How large is the frame mattchew?

Werd, I'm just interested in the frame... as far as an offer goes, I'd like to take a look at it first, and go from there. Cool? I have a flexible schedule, so I can pretty much meet up anytime with a little notice.
offering him less than three for the frame will get you a pimp slap
if anyone wants to look at the frame, roll by the downtown stumptown.
i should be around and ill be riding it this whole next week..
i wish i had that kind of money.

fine. two more weeks.
i can sure use some riser bars how much stumptown
Come check them out and make an offer. Whisper for my info.
i may want the stem. i think. but it's 20 mm longer reach than my current stem and i'm getting a different stem (mine is a pain in the ass for various reasons) to put drop bars in... so will i have reach problems racing in the drops?
if you're talking about stumptown's 120 jaguar the reach won't be 20mm different since you're going from a basically flat stem to a drop (triangles!) but with it you're basically going to be stuck with nitto brand bars due to clamp size

Nah bro, you must be getting Nitto mixed up with Cinelli. 25.4 (Nitto stem) is relatively standard for bars on quill stems. 26.4 (Cinelli stem) is the totally weird measurement that restricts you to Cinelli bars, unless you shim.
it was early and i accept that i mixed it up
.

real talk
STINE, let me know if you're still interested in that Nitto stem.
Risers w/ white Oury grips are still for sale.
I'm selling off a rim

If anyone's seen the mirror polished rear rim on my KHS, it's the same rim but stock - machined sidewalls with black anodizing. No stickers. This is like a Deep V in size and shape but weighs a quarter lb. less - 460g instead of 580g. Doug (white folks) said this rim was one of the roundest, truest rims out of the box - what does that mean? Basically that your wheels build to a very nice even tension and last longer as a result.
Paid $80 for the rim, will sell for $60. Brand new.

See you then.
i have a pair of shimano spds i need to sell, theyre basically brand new, installed once, with one little scrape on the side, but have never been used with cleats.
-$40
theyre somewhere around $50 new
$FREE.00
I have a 31.8mm x 120mm Specialized road stem with +16/-8 rise for 1-1/8" steerer tube.
If you will put it to good use, it's yours.
before i go to craigslist:
nitto b123aa 40cm $45 - lightly scratched but structurally perfect (i have two pairs of these)

suntour superbe pro 32h hubs laced to a couple of nice low-profile tubular rims.
radial front 3x rear. rims -slightly- out of true. rear is an ambrosio, front is unknown. all i can make out on the sticker is "aerodynamic"
the hubs spin like butter and haven't been in production for a while now. they are renowned for their quality. king kog was just selling new sets of these for $350.
come with two vittoria evo cx tubulars glued on. they retailed for $70-$80 each. they have no noticeable wear.
i'm kind of stumped with how to price these. they are really awesome wheels, but they're my gf's and i don't want her to have to deal with tubulars on her first nice bike. we aren't trying to make a bunch of money on these. what i'd really like is to trade them for a decent to nice set of clincher track wheels. if that can't happen i think $300 is a pretty fair price. if you have a wheelset to trade, they don't need to be worth $300 used. just ridable and decent enough.

anyone else interested in things? gonna go to craigslist soon.
