    my friend has that headset, we've never been able to find a decent tool for rebuilding it....

    what diameter is yr seatpost?

    you can use a regular wrench if you're careful or just take it to bike central and they'll tighten it up.

    I bought mine end of last summer, 55cm as well but I think it was a 2004, Sugino RD's instead of Truativs. Stock except for a Chris King headset, B 125's instead of the stock drops and some chopped risers and an extra 42T chainring...I think I paid $450. Hopefully that's something to compare it to...

    I have a 26" front track wheel that i got built up for barspins. It was handbuilt, has been ridden for about a month, and is in perfect true. It has a 26x1 1/4 conti gatorskin, black 32h high flange slr bolt on formula hub, black straight gague spokes, and a black 26" disc only mavic 717. $80

    Stock Alex Rim pista wheel, fixed/fixed, stickers removed - $50? I dunno what those things go for...

    Nitto flat bar chopped down to 13" or so - $20

    Thomson 27.0 Elite seatpost, pretty close to new with a couple small marks you have to look close to find... $70
    Nitto B123AA 39cm/Nitto Jaguar NJS stem 120mm/white bar tape. Couple scratches under the tape on the bars (not like you'd see it if you use... tape!). Stem is immaculate... $125 for the combo.

    i have a 15t and a 16t cog im trying to get rid of. the 15 is on my bike right now, i think its dura ace, i would be willing to trade for a 14. the 16 is some generic cog, im not sure what brand it is, but i only had it on my bike for about a month, so its in pretty good condition. let me know if youre interested

    After just now reading White Folks' post about his girlfriend getting doored, and how wearing a helmet may have just saved her life, I'm offering up, for free, a nice Specialized helmet. Matte black, XL, sorta mountain-bikey looking, but very modern, and not something you'll look like a complete douche in. I paid $110 for it last year, and it hasn't been worn much since I pretty much live in my Catlike.

    If you've been thinking about springing for a lid but haven't done it for whatever reason, now's your chance.
    Whisper, please, and I'll tell you where to pick it up.

    That's totally rad. I've got a couple helmets, but am bad about wearing them.

I have a spare helmet myself..its not new, the straps are kinda...well should probably be washed...it was Team Fred Meyers helmet maybe 3 or 4 years ago..but its red and white and does the trick. Too big for my noggin...if anyone doesn't get Freebird's and needs one let me know.

    Well I just recently bought a new helmet so I guess I'll throw up mine as well. Nothing special black bell helmet. Was too big for my head (~22"). If anyone doesn't get freebird's or krystenr's and needs one let me know.
