A frame that fits
yeah working on that one, but i'd rather spend my money on moving.
hiitshourt:Hello everyone. Name is Hourt and from So. Cal. I'll be visiting often as my gf goes to PSU. I ride a boring fuji track, don't have any pictures of it really. Putting together a bike for my gf and i'll bring mine up so hopefully we will catch some rides with everyone.
its a 42 cannondale i bought off craigslist for $50. going to be set up as a freewheel, still need to get some more goodies for it. its a tiny bike.
Sup Hourt. I also ride "boring " Fuji track, but I like mine. If you ever want to sell that frame get at me. Trying to find a frame for someone 5' is a pain in the ass.
Hey everyone. I'm Cole. I haven't necessarily "been around since the start," but I've seen my fair share of changes here at PDXfixed. I just posted something in the "Post your Bicycle" thread, where I suggested a change (that will butt heads) for this forum. I'm an all-around nice guy, who would never like to feel like he alienated someone in life. I ride my bike for fun and for work and it keeps me in shape. I am a photographer, but I don't really show many people my work. I have a couple shows coming up in the near future; If you'd like to know more about them, just ask. I'm a fairly busy guy, but I really enjoy grabbing coffee at Stumptown with my bros, or snatching up some Thai Basil on a cold, wet afternoon.
I'm very busy, and the people whom I surround myself with are a very big part of my hectic lifestyle. I always want something more, until I realize that all of it is meaningless and throw most of it away. I listen to a very wide variety of music including, but not limited to: Punk, Hardcore, Indie, Math Rock, Post-Rock, Folk, Alt. Country, Thrash, and Jazz. I'm short because I had cancer at the tender age of 2, and it's hard for me to find bikes. I also play bass and guitar and drums.
I appreciate good grammar, smiles and good conversation, and girls who include some of these attributes.
Here is what is currently built of mine:

I don't know everything.
I have no idea what I want.
also: here are a couple of pictures of myself.

In chicago this past summer on tour.

With my great friend and possibly favorite riding buddy, Jake Cummings.

My names Jake, I moved to Portland with my girlfriend two weeks ago from Long Beach, CA. I just got a new bike today! I sold my 60 cm Masi, that was too small for me, and got a 63 cm Merckx! My girlfriend rides a nishiki single speed conversion with 24 inch wheels. We both have freak bikes; she's 5'1" and I'm 6'3". I love my new bike, but I'm not down with the leather saddle, and looking to trade it for a non-leather one(I'll post it in the trade thread).
My bike.

(Still need toe clips & straps)
My Girlfriends bike.

Sup guys,
I'm Joe. I'm from Portland originally but lived in Missoula, MT for one year and Bend OR for another year. I like to do boushie things like drink bedazzled Maker's Mark with one of my hoes.

I also like to become cartoons a la TeenIdol.

I'm a big fan of kids, babies, whatever.

I don't really ride bikes anymore because I'm doing better things with my time.

yo, the names Ben
Ive been riding fixed for about about 2 years now. got a road bike, fixed "street" bike, currently working on a SS MTB and another FTP track bike.
I bought a FTP frame off someone here I believe, they had a PDXfixed sticker on it. great advertising, eh?
I work in alaska for 3-4 months out of the year, Dockworker/Longshoreman for summer, Commercial crabber in October.
I kick it, ride, buid things and smoke dro the rest of the year.
I need to make it to bike polo one of these days, by best buddy always plays.
Im a rare breed of hipster, a die hard gun nut, protein chuggin gym rat, and of course, self-righteous asshole of a portland biker (sometimes).
Just for fun, heres a video I made, 2 pots from the 2009 King crab season. Im in the grey beanie. no deadliest catch drama, just straight up hustling...
