Technically according to my mailing address I'm still in Portland but yea, I'm right on the border of Clackamas and it's boring as hell.

Well.. actually, due to how portland's address system works, tons of people are in "portland" who are not in the city of portland. I moved to Milwaukie, miles out of portland, and my address was Portland. I'm not trying to be mean, just if you say you live in "SE" and say it sucks, people are going to get pissed.. The cool parts are bordered by Woodstock St on the South and 60th on the east in my opinion.

Hey. I'm Rich. Just recently moved to Portland from Telluride, CO. Mountain bike and downhill territory. Sold my Morewood Izumi to move here and I'm pretty new to the whole road bike/fixie deal. Figured I'd get on here to meet some people in the area. And see if anyone has a beater road bike they're trying to get rid of for cheap. I still haven't found a job yet (and from what I hear, that's not an easy thing to do here). Let me know.

Im Legalize It. I use to live in PDX for a couple years and i miss it dearly, but only for the summers and women. Ive slung a shit-ton of fixies/track bikes to many friends in Portland. They were all slapped together with my two loving hands and my bike shops worth of tools. All earned in an obvious manner.

I have two bikes i love, (1) My Brew with full Suntour Superbe Pro comps, that has only seen track use. (2) My Felt.

Oh and a shoutout to my man at Veloce. Homie there is the shit. Always spitting knowledge and hooking it up in all the right ways. And the old NW bike shop. That was the spot for some good info and great hookups. I think the two mechs are still there but now theyre workin for some overpriced shop...

With that said. Chupa Mi Verga.

No worries it sucks haha, that's what I was trying to say ;) I come to PDX everyday, my gf works @23rd and Johnson and the studio I'm working out of while I'm here is on 13th and Glisan. I also am down on Hawthorne on a regular basis, it's much better downtown for sure.

hmm besides that... clackamas co library at the town center has better and more movies than multnomah (or more accurately, less wait time on holds).

yea. i work on 82nd near CTC and went to high school around there as well. nothing too exciting. there are some cool dirt trails behind the aquatic park with a large homeless population... hmm... mount talbert park by sunnyside is also cool for a shorter run or hike.
