Thursday at 7:30 works for me. But I'm in SF for the weekend.
I loves me some Jews.
im in.
I'm down for thursday evening.
The best part is that the photo of you in a wife beater clapping your hands (or something?) is right next to your post in my current view. And I envision you making that statement about Jews in that accent you do.
ok well how about we just meet at my place since its a block away. and we can drink first. eh eh? Zac you know the school im talking about...do you think that will suffice?
Sweet, I can be at your place by 8. I'll just join in when I get there.
white folks:i'll help teach for a can of joose.
p.s. Joose is basically liver failure in a can
and cancer
i think it will be perfect. there is even covered area in case its raining!

I got me my mini haro that I've been using for zoobomb for the past three years!!! that thing is bomb proof.
zoobomb confession.
when I lived at the portland towers (21st/salmon) where the zoobombers blow through the stops signs, I would throw water balloons at them from my 10th floor window. they were loud and i was annoyed, what?
i confess that this forum has digressed to a lower level than a yahoo chat room
that been said, i also have a problem maintaining my optimism for the so called "fixed" culture, affectionately referred to as the fixies, yet i feel that i inevitably fall close if not in to this group of people just by age and association.
fuck. confession.

Fair enough. However, it would be wrong to assume the "fixed culture" will last forever, as the only thing consistent is change. Someday there will be a new hip thing that people will latch onto and build a subculture around, which begs the question: Are you in it because you like to ride or because you like the look? Well, I guess it's time for my confession... For me, it's about 70/30 (respectively). Will I keep riding after what BSNYC refers to as the "Fixed-gear Apocalypse"? We'll see. If I had to guess... I'd say probably not. But that will likely be more of a correlation as opposed to direct causation, as by that time I'll probably be in a wheelchair due to my arrant disregard for the laws of physics. Then, maybe I'll switch out the factory wheels with HED 3s, remove the brakes, and take it for a spin around Alpenrose; wheelchairs don't coast, so that makes them "fixed," right?

it's just people having fun. a type of fun that you can't relate to. why bash it?

when this change happens and people stop riding for the culture that it has become, it will be good.
and don't wait till you are in a wheel chair to "spin around alpenrose"
I just hope there is always some sort of bike style that is considered cool by young people that gets them riding.
dude, amen to that.
as much as we criticize the people who jump on bikes for sinister reasons, many of them actually do stick with it, which makes me smile, and hopefully others as well. For whatever reasons, bikes are fun, and they're an AMAZING way to meet new people, whom you might not have considered talking to before. i feel like i'm just reiterating.

Backed. Just because it's "established" doesn't mean you have to support it. "Fixie kids" are still just as shitty as anyone else.
I have an obsession with JennX, I stalk her, actually. Ask her about it.
I am not as much of an asshole as I come off as, and if you are my friend, I most definitely have your back.

Damn, go chew some gum.
Water and duct tape. S'all ya needz
The new streetcar tracks on SW 6th Ave scare me.
i'm afraid of dogs when i'm biking and they're off-leash. and sort of in general.
a couple years back i wiped out on the street car tracks on tenth going to work (when i worked at roccos) totally slid into the side of a lexus, this group of old people just stood there open mouthed it was funny, got up and took back off hhaha.

awesome
a few years ago i was riding to my girlfriend's house on my lowrider (!!), completely tanked. i was hauling ass down a hill and sideswiped a parked car. i somehow managed to not wipe out and continued on my way.
i now have a huuuuuuuuuugeeeeeeee fear of cars coming out of parking lots. i tense up really bad and my heart rate goes way up

that's a good fear to have
around town I am really claustrophobic in cars
i'm extremely paranoid of riding in cars to the point of near panic
I didn't start drinking beer until I was 26. Before then I never could stand the taste, just hard licks and wine for me.
after what happened yes, i always had it but it turned it 3940284320984209x worse
i go into the trader joes that's by my work cause I have a crush on someone there hahaha.
confession - i fucking love driving. always have always will. Well as long as its not an automatic anyway. I'm somewhat of a speed freak i admit.
that i love keven for finding my debit card and sparing me of a crazy freakout.
(i drive stick also i know what you mean.)
i occasionally jerk it while talking about gear ratios on here.
oh fuck....48x12t....
i'm not paranoid of being in a car if i'm the one driving.
i've "owned" 7 cars (the last one was 9 years ago) and i've never had a license.
