How good of a deal can you get on that pake jeezy? Maybe its worth getting now, building up then eventually buying a better frame and sell the pake for the same amount you bought it for.

I hate to say this, but after building keven pake and seeing that they are actually pretty decent frames I'd say just do it. At your size frame the weight difference would be negligible and the ride is really just fine. Plus theres always a market for used 50cm track frames on CL and e-bay, so if you dont like it just do frame swap down the line.

Fillet brazing think of the Cannondale Track.

Cannondales are tig welded aluminum, the welds are then filed down.

Think Yamaguchi for fillet brazing.

Fillet brazing is done w/o lugs and uses more brazing material to secure the joint.

Lugged frames usually will use silver brazing to bond the lug to the tube.
