I did nothing this weekend, in a positive way. Needed to decompress.
Plus I felt like my body needed some time off the bike, I was feeling a little beat up from a couple of long weekend bike adventures. Now I feel like im ready to kick some ass. I really hope the weather breaks into something nice for Friday.
