    friday ride anyone? i figure we could look super rad doing trackstands and trying to complete a cirlcle backwards at the salmon st fountain, ride the espanlade for a minute, and maybe hit up chaat house from some big big big lunch special.

    who's down? just an easy thing. no leader. it'd be fun with a decent krew.

    I have work and can't do tomorrow afternoon but anyone who wants to ride to the track tomorrow can join Sam and I. We're heading out there around 5 pm to watch the races if they don't get rained out.

    Jenn and Sam stopped by and brought me a cupcake but then they caught a ride with the Bike Central folks to the track for TT.

    Haha, I'm not racing tonight (you're required to have your OBRA license - I just applied for mine - and you also have to attend at least one Wednesday night dev class), I'm just watching. Come out and just enjoy it.

    it's not exactly a leasuirly ride in my opinion...especially on a fixed gear. But i've only gone up barbur to get there...so perhaps there is a better way?

    Its off BHH at the Alpenrose Dairy.

    Barbur is the easiest as far as climbing goes way to get there.

    I'm meeting Sean at the South Waterfront and we're riding up to the track. It's only about 4, maybe 5 miles. Not leisurely at all, though.

    the easiest way to the track from downtown is Terwilliger to beav/hillsdale hwy.

    Anyone going out Sellwood/Dunthorpe way? I'm going to a friends house over there (SW) and an esplanade ride is always better shared.

    just saw a posting for livestrong challenge ride in june. they have a 10/40/70/100 mile rides. anybody interested in riding? i'm thinking about doing it. The only thing is you have to raise at least $250. i didn't know if you are part of a team if the team has to raise $250 or each person in the team has to raise $250...

    After the ride to and from the track yesterday (Barbur to BHH to Shattuck), I intend on riding no further than the carts on 10th with Joe. Meet us there if you're hungry. We're leaving right now.
