    There was some talk about a PDX fixed poker game. I like poker, and I like bikes, so lets declare this the official organizing thread. If it turns out well, maybe we can turn it into a weekly or monthly thing. I can bring cards, chips (bike parts will also be acceptable betting fodder), and a bunch of cigars. We just need a place to play and a lot of beer. We also need to figure out when- I was thinking May 2nd or 3rd.

    Do those dates work for anyone else?

    Excellent.

    As for rules, I was thinking $5-10 minimum buy in, no limit. Game would be dealers choice between "standard" games (texas hold 'em, 7 card stud, 5 card draw) with modifiers up to the dealer to mix things up.

    I think it's fine if we have mixed company, so long as everyone beforehand says out-loud, "I will not sleep with anyone here."

    That way we can burp, fart, and minimize the nauseatingly cutesy flirting. This goes for all genders, orientations, and dietary constraints.

    And of course when the game is done you can all "bang" whoever you please.

    That was no hate on you. I don't know if you've seen the roster around this place, but it's like a boiling pot of sausages. I just want to play cards. People can play grab-ass after. Nothing particular to you, I just wanted to open up to both genders.

    we could use my basement I also have a half set up foosball table, which I'm gonna try and get it finished this weekend. anyways....on the count of dates, 2nd and 3rd don't work for me. unless it's late.

    bike parts should be allowed as a buy in.
