Sometimes sponsorship is a combination of things. It's not just how fast you are, it's also how visible you are, and how good you are at promoting.

Well, that is pretty much all sponsorship. Being visible and associating your brand with people in an area you want to be in.
Fast people are sponsored because they are out there where people are looking (at the front of a race).

My point is that fast assholes rarely get sponsored unless they are national or world champions.

does anyone else have any pictures from the event that hasn't been posted and if so would you mind emailing me them? backyardblam@gmail.com
i am glad that having a girlfriend makes me the new track bike. i will have to find the time to tell her that. we are so busy having pillow fights, rubbing each other down with baby oil, and giving each other backrubs, but i will make sure to tell her. i am sure she will be pleased.

I agree 100%,i had a lot of fun. Can't wait for the next event you guy's & gal's put on. When you do let me know if you need any volunteers. I have quite a history of helping out with event's/allycats and what not.

  8.

i heard you were glad i wasnt there amanda. thanks doll.

I heard nothing of the sort.

  10.

    ahh it doesnt bug me

  11.

it's a bummer the two times we have met you were drunk and talked A LOT of shit. the 1st BLAM in my backyard you said "women shouldn't be throwing races, they should be in the kitchen fixing me food." the second time you were the 1st with the put downs when the program didn't respond right away. i heard when you are not drunk you are a very nice guy. jeremy vouches for you and he's a stand up guy. unfortunately, i have not seen this side of you. that being said, with all the stress and pressure of an event this size, i wasn't looking forward to hearing you talk smack, once again, if things were not going smoothly. i am pleased to say that everything went great. i am a nice lady. if you are nice to me, i am nice to you. you weren't so nice to me. hopefully we can move forward from here.

its actually kinda funny that you say this because at the two "blams" ive been to i didnt drink. at either one, the first one i had to be home early. so no drinky for me. the second i was marshalls DD so i didnt drink either.
as for the "women shouldnt be throwing races" thing, why would you get mad if youve never thrown a race?
im sorry the world isnt full of rainbows and unicorns and you happen to have some shit talk heaved your way, get used to.
ps i could have been a lot meaner and thrown some real sexist/homophobic shit down but i dont really need to cause im pretty sure you dont know who i am.
