there are some issues that are important enough that they alone are a make or break issue. ron paul falls into the deal breaker category for me on multiple issues. barack obama does not (for me). neither are perfect candidates.

actually i believe that wheel would be for a tt bike. no one would lace a strictly barspin wheel to a QR hub.

unless its for competition barspinzz bikes, in which you have to switch out spinzz wheels on the regular depending on your outfit sponsors or when you just got challenged to a spinoff and gotta whip that 600 out of your chrome bag and have at it.
