    looks like regular wear-and-tear/lock up scratches to me. no bubbles in the tubes, no dents to speak of, so probably not crashed bad.

    Peter Teschner built Fuji. Teschner made really high end aluminum tt frames, his current head badge sports the world champion stripes because Michael Rogers won the WC in 2004 on a Teschner TT bike.
