That build is very close to how my Uno is set up. I have dura ace ex cranks and seatpost instead of sugino, open pros to silver PMs instead of tubulars to gold PMs.

Shows an attention to detail for a period accurate keirin racer. If I could have gotten my hands on some superb pro hubs, it would have sealed the deal.

^ ^ ^ pretty damn sharp and clean looking with that black wheelset, white tires going. i like... but yeah, i wouldn't pay that much unless the wheels were handbuilt, fact that they're formulas to deep v's and the spokes aren't listed strongly suggests they were those eBay machine built specials.
