jonl:i hate when 17yr old girrls creep on me(i'm 24) when I'm at ace. STope staring at me!
Thats me. Sorry.
So I'm pretty sure I saw three or four people from the forum today. The first is that guy who used to be on crutches, would yelled "no hands" at me then I preceded to do a terrible no handed trackstand, but I did one standing up later.
The group that I saw was hilarious, like 2 or 3 people riding fixed, one riding solo on a tandem, and the last guy was on a wheelchair
who rides the yellow khs? that's a girl. there's a missed connection on craigslist for you.
also. who's bike is sandblasted, has bullhorns, a full rear wheel of spoke cards from many many races, not just random things in the spokes, a free will sticker on the fender (rip), and a fixed gears are the new rollerblades sticker on the top tube. almost everyday when I'm riding home I see it outside biddy's on glisan and 60th.
it's driving me crazy!!!! bike is hot.

Thats me.
Its my work bike. And "Fixed Gears are the new rollerblades". If you didn't know.
I play poker at the place above Biddy's on 60th and NE Glisan, probably too much. Yet poker paid for every upgrade on that bike. Go figure.
haha finally!!!!!!
seriously for the past I don't know how many months it's been driving me crazy cause I don't see it any place else other than there.
oh I did know that.
dude I want to get in on that poker. what are you playing classic or hold em'? or whatever?
Jennx:dude I want to get in on that poker. what are you playing classic or hold em'? or whatever?
Its pretty much only $1/$2 no limit texas hold'em. They have cash games from 2pm-7pm, and 8ish-close.
Tough game though, lots of crazy players (good and bad). I would not recommend it to anybody.
I'm from vegas, grew up there and never old enough to gamble so we would all hold our own games. played a pretty decent game. haven't played in a while.mind if i join you one of these days I've been itching to play again. i just don't want to show up not knowing anyone. and I only live 7 blocks away!

Hahaha, I was riding with them. The kid on the tandem is so fucking rad.

I will tell you thru this forum when I am going. The old "ball and chain" makes me plan in advance when I go.
Bring at least 100, maybe more. A competent female poker player there would make a killing.
Oh, and you don't have to be 21. They don't serve booze there. Its BYOB.
haha i'm over 21 but thanks anyways.

ya, homie, that was i. you live in the area? those kids you were with thought i was nuts for suggesting that a no-handed trackstand was easier than a one-handed one. haha. it's true though, but only if you're into, like, physics and shit ;)

I yelled at you from a van not so long ago (about a month ago) asking how the bullhorns were. i saw you again at Bike Central a week after that, but i was hecka intimidated by your monster backpack, so i didn't say hi. I really like that sticker. This post firmly cements me as an 'online creeper'.

My cousin and I played at the warehouse before Will rolled out to Biddy's. I haven't been down to Biddy's in months.
Crazy, I met you the other day with Jerome at the waterfront when you were showing him your Uno. Are you ever interested in a home game? We have a good cheap one going. We are always looking for more experienced players.

Yeah, I go to that school on the corner with about five other people on the forum and I live just up the hill. It's kind of weird how that works, but the no hand is definitely easier.

Sure, the times I can play fluctuate.

Its easy to be an online lurker. You should hear all the shit I get from people who are too prideful and egotistical to join here, yet always know what I have written the night before. Weird how that works.
I try not to take this bike stuff too seriously, you can always say hi. I am friendly once you get to know me. I smile and laugh a lot.
As far as the bullhorns, love them. Track drops look aesthetically pleasing, but no real use on the streets.
^^^^whisper it...
but good to know.
brawl : /
Maybe a track stand knife fight?
this actually needs to be no fight period.

I saw absolutely everyone on the esplanade yesterday. Including Ryan and Angela and Angela's new roommates. High fives to the girl who claims my bike is her dream bike. And I think I saw Shawn's friend. And many thank-yous to STINE and to Justin Serna for kicking my ass on that (just under) 40 miles.
