    So, has anyone been to the waffle stand on N Lombard? I have been wanting to go there for months but haven't convinced any of my friends to go there....and especially early. I have friday off and am going to ride up there regardless. Anyone want to join me? and then a calorie burning ride afterward?

    yes they do make a vegan waffle.....with vegan sausage

    it's not jace gace...this is the stand on N Lombard.

    ok...so I researched it and found they are vegetarian friendly but there is no mention of vegan waffles on their website

    but on portland mercury someone reviewed it and said you have to ask for the vegan batter and they do have it!!

    For us working slaves maybe this should move to Sat or Sun…

    Would be a great kick off for a weekend ride, all meet for waffles at like 8 or 9. Then all leave and do 40 miles while full of waffles. Since wed already be kinda north we could go hope marine drive maybe and out to gresham and from there wherever back.

    I still unfortunately work 40 hours a week....i just do it in 4 days instead of 5. I could eat waffles everyday...let me know.

    well, i broke a couple metatarsals in a bar brawl with a guy who had nine shots of whiskey and decided both that i was hitting on his new girlfriend (who was actually a neighbor/friend of mine), and that he was, indeed, steven segal.

    go figure.

    but i have only a few days left till i'm riding again. after a month and a half of sedentary maundering and atrophy, however, i'll need to lower my gear ratio, so i'm looking for a 42t rocket ring before i start cruising around.
