just go, the guy probably is just a decent person (imagine that) or knows that stolen goods brings bad karma (like visits from the po-po's)

I agree with white folks. Nothing sketch about it, just a nice guy that's ready to beat some ass. That's great. Hell I wanna see it, longwood you should go along and watch him do it. Then defecate all over the criminal after he's done. Hell we could all do it, they'll be shit and piss everywhere!

the thing that sounds fishy to me is that he is willing to just give me back my bike. meaning he is out $180. he said that he will go settle it with the guy who stole it... but some reason that doesn't sound completely normal to me. anyone else?
you don't have to worry about any rapings or killings. The kids at the Cook house are all Legit. Good people. He'll get the money back, and if not... we will.

I'm going there right after i get out of work to pick it up around 5pm. I'm surprised he said that because we've already worked it out. But thanks for holding off, I'd hate for him to jack up the price b/c he's got a lot of offers but he's been trying to sell it for more than a week so I'm worried there's something wrong with it but hopefully not cause my girlfriend has been nagging.

Oui... It's great but unfortunately it's not for me but my girlfriend. She's used to riding a cruiser so she's a little squirrly on it but she'll get used to it. Other than that it's a fine bike, I ended up talking him down to $200 but now I'm jealous of my girl's bike.

oh, yeah, it's been a while, but i've been there. i don't know who lives there now, but i'd wager they're not too different from a lot of people on this board.
